Latest Patches.
These are the Latest Patches have have recieved to date.
These patches below were kindly given to me by JimStamford Police Association in Connecticut and posted on to me by ScottRandsco.com September 08. There are two Police and one Fire Department Patch and they are a valued addition to my collection.

Here is some trivia on the patches.
- The center of the patch incorporates the Seal of the City of Stamford (which was settled in 1641)
- The boat represents the mode of travel settlers took from England
- The "Lions and Checks" are the crest of Lincolnshire, England - where Stamford is located
- The "Indian and Settler" represent the population at the time the English settled the town
- The "Gristmill in the Wheatfield" represents the first industrial development in Stamford
- The "Keys" represent Yale & Towne Lock Company, which was Stamford's largest employer in 1914, when the seal was adopted.
