American Police Patch Collection

Welcome to my Police patch website.

My name is Gary and I live in the UK. I Started collecting these patches over 10 years ago and enjoyed it for about 3 years. I was lucky enough to receive patches from all over the United States and thanks to the generosity of the different Police Departments I have built up a nice collection.

I was sent not only patches but a metal Sheriffs badge, uniform shirts and even a police hat from Brooklyn in New York. All of these I used to display on the wall and in frames in a spare bedroom in my house.

Then my Children were born and the hobby stopped for many years. The framed patches had to come down as the wife and the children suddenly didn't want them on the walls anymore, I don't know why - I think they looked better than pictures of Barbie and the Spice Girls that got put up?

A few days ago I was sorting through a wardrobe and I came across my patch collection that I have not seen for some time. I had a good look at them all and it brought back memories from years ago. This is what enspired me to catalogue all my collection on a website that I would make, hope you enjoy browsing through my patches, Let me know what you think ?
